Your personal schedule for this meeting will remain available for 30 days after the meeting ends
(Saturday, June 6, 2009)
Welcome to the ASM Personal Scheduler. Here you can search or browse events scheduled for this meeting, create your own schedule of events, check it for conflicts, record notes, and download to your Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). If you download to PDA, please wait until the day before travel to ensure you have the latest updates.
The Personal Scheduler is simply a planning tool, not a way to register for sessions. Entry into each session at the meeting is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no way to register to attend a session.
Use the button to remember events of interest. ARS stands for "attend/read/skip". Click repeatedly on the button to change the value from ARS to "Attend", to "Read", or to "Skip" for a particular event. Events marked by the "Attend" value of the ARS button attend will show up automatically in your personal schedule. Similarly, those events with the ARS button left in the "Read" condition will show up in your reading list. Events marked "ARS" or "Skip" will not be included in your schedule.

Features of the Personal Scheduler:
Browse/Search: You have several options for searching or browsing the program. Search to quickly find particular speakers or topics of interest. Browse to learn what else has been scheduled.
My Schedule: A concise display of the events that you have chosen to attend, including a Schedule-At-A Glance and Detailed Schedule. The details of your schedule can be saved on your hard drive and then loaded into the datebook on your desktop and PDA; or it can be printed.
My Reading List: You will probably find more events of interest than you can possibly attend at the meeting. The personal scheduler allows you to add those events to a hyperlinked "reading" list for future reference.
Add Event: Your schedule can include events not in the official program, such as a lunch or dinner date with a colleague.
Help: Once logged into the personal scheduler, you can obtain more detailed instructions on using it by clicking the "Help" link at the bottom of the page..
While you are logged into the Personal Scheduler, we recommend that you not use your browser's Back button for navigation.
