Timothy Rupert is President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of RTI International Metals, Inc., headquartered in Niles, Ohio. He joined the company in 1991 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, following a 23-year career with U. S. Steel. He became a Director of RTI in 1996 and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in 1999. Mr. Rupert earned his BS degree in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and has since been named as one of its Distinguished Alumni. In addition to his overall responsibility for 1,200 employees in 18 worldwide locations, Mr. Rupert also serves as a Director and President of the International Titanium Association, a Director of Columbus Insurance Limited, a Director of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
