Session 3: Application of Modeling Tools for Process Design and Optimization
Location: Room 607 (Washington State Convention Center)
(Please check final room assignments on-site).
Session Description: Computer modeling and simulation tools have been developed and implemented into manufacturing environments to allow for rapid process design and optimization. Process modeling tools have been successful in allowing significant cost reductions through reduced input weight, improved quality and improved component performance.
