Location: Meeting Room 17AB (Austin Convention Center)
(Please check final room assignments on-site).
Session Description: Advances in fabrication technologies to reduce the buy to fly ratio, and therefore titanium component cost and lead times will be discussed. Utilization of these technologies will reduce titanium requirements, therefore easing the titanium shortage. These sessions will cover state-of-the-art advancements in welding, forging, casting and forming processes.
