AIRWARE TM 2098 has been used for the highly stressed components of F16 aircraft fuselage for the past 12 years. Recent inclusion of a new production facility necessitated requalification of this product to ensure that service characteristics of this critical material were not affected.

Product requalification required validation of the entire process and included variety of tests aimed at verifying that minimum gap exists between the incumbent and new process.

Presentation will detail methodology used and results obtained on 2098 product.
