One of the most important and applied semi-hard magnetic alloys (hystersis materials) that used in navigation and control guidance of missile and aircraft is vicalloy I (Fe-51%Co-10%V). The material used in these equipments should have high remanence induction for increasing the power and frequency of the motor and low start time and low coersivity for decreasing using current. These properties could be achieved by heat treatment of this material. In this research effects of various parameters of heat treatment such as time temperature, different heating and cooling rates, type of atmosphere were investigated. Also effects of thickness of using material was considered.
