𝜸/𝜸′ Co-Al-W based systems have demonstrated potential as promising new superalloys, with significantly higher solidus temperatures.  To assist in the development of this new class of superalloys, the thermodynamics and diffusion descriptions are needed.  This work will discuss the development of diffusion mobility descriptions for the Co-Al-W-Ni system for the 𝜸 phase.  The diffusion mobility descriptions will be developed based on previous published descriptions and experimental work and current experimental work.   Results from composition profiles from Co/Co-W/Ni/Co-Al-W/Co-Al and Co/Co-Al-W/Co-W/Co-Al/Co-W diffusion couples at 900 ˚C will be reported and used to develop the diffusion mobilities descriptions.
