The regenerative cooling channel of rocket engine combustion chamber is generally manufactured by bonding with inner jacket which is experiencing high temperature and high pressure, and outer jacket which supports internal pressure. Braze welding methods and electroforming methods are generally used to bond the inner and outer jackets. In this paper, the strength test for regenerative cooling channel manufactured by nickel electroforming has been performed, and the bonding strength was maintained up to 500~600 bar. The bonding strength of the electroforming channel has suitable for the usage of regenerative cooling channel of gas generator rocket engine.
