This presentation will cover work performed by Lockheed Martin Aeronautics to develop design data for additively manufactured nickel alloy 718 (AM718).  Materials were produced using a Laser-Powder Bed Fusion (LS-PBF) process to melt and consolidate AM718 blanks that were subsequently machined into test coupons.  Heat treat conditions evaluated included direct age and hot isostatic press followed by two different solution treatment and age cycles.   Coupons taken from Inconel 718 sheet material were used to give direct comparisons to AM718 room and elevated temperature tension, modulus and fatigue properties.
