Continuous Flow CO2 Cleaning is Now a Proven Technology That Can Economically Replace Energy Inefficient Aqueous Cleaning

CO2 cleaning, an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to aqueous cleaning, has been developed into a continuous flow closed loop controlled process that can easily be integrated into in-line processes. In-line verification can be integrated into the system as well, for quality control. The technology has been proven and adapted by a major global manufacturer, for prepping metal surfaces for high reliability bonding. This paper explains the technology, and how it was evaluated and accepted into a production line.
