One of the most important mechanical properties that determines the state of the structure in terms of structural fragility is the fracture toughness. In structures with sharp concentrators, the fracture toughness parameter must be maximum. Increasing the fracture toughness is one of the actual tasks. The most common alloy Ti 6Al 4V set the ratio UTC=920-1000 MPa К1с=70÷110 MPa/sqrt(v2), which at the moment is a fairly high level. In general, fracture toughness decreases with increasing strength, which limits the ability to increase K1c. However, in some cases, it is possible to provide a structural state, which gives a significantly higher K1c at the level of 130-140 MPa/sqrt(m2). In this paper, the structural state, which provide improved K1c. The relation of the morphology of the fracture and fracture toughness is considered.
