High strength Titanium alloys produced by ADMATAL powder metallurgy process using Hydrogenated Titanium powders blended with master alloys exhibited excellent mechanical properties. The various Titanium alloys produced by this low cost blended elemental approach exhibited the properties exceeding those obtained on the identical alloys manufactured by more expensive traditional ingot metallurgy processes. Previous developments demonstrated the ability to produce high strength Ti-185 alloy with over 240 ksi Ultimate Tensile Strength at over 12% elongation. Further alloy developments using this process were demonstrated for High Entropy Ti alloys. Considerable property improvement and refined microstructures will be presented
