Session Description: PVD and CVD processes are at the forefront of industrial surface engineering technologies owing to their wide-ranging commercial applications and environmental friendliness. In selected applications they offer advantages of higher throughput and allow fast, uniform and dense coatings on complex surfaces that are not achievable by conventional methods. | ||||
