Summary: Multicomponent diffusion couples are analyzed directly for interdiffusion fluxes and interdiffusion coefficients for all components over the entire diffusion zone with the aid of a free computer program called “MultiDiFlux”. The analysis is illustrated with selected couples assembled with Ni-based and Fe-based alloys. This research is supported by the NSF Grant DMR-0304777.
