Because quenching oil deterioration varies depending on the operating conditions, maintaining constant performance is difficult. Various defective phenomenons occur in response to change in embodiment degradation. This time, we consider the condition of usage, correlation of defective phenomenon, and the cause (regarding cooling performance, brightness, and growth of carbide in continuous furnace, abnormal oxidation layer of work, etc...). Therefore we would like to introduce important points in managing and setting operating condition to bring out the best performance of quenching oil.
