Some model experiments for researching of liquid drop behavior on the substrate were carried out in case of actively interaction between materials. Authors investigated spreading of Cu-P and Cu-P-Ni eutectics on the steel substrate. The structure and composition of spreaded drop ware investigated in comparison with equilibrium state. The great difference in structure and composition were discovered. As phosphorus become to act with steel forming phosphides the decreasing of phosphorus content was considered in spreading direction and non-evenly distribution of Ni was observed.
