Attached Effect of the Porous Metal in Brazed Joint

The effect was verified by the application of the porous metal (Cu, Ni) for the brazed joint.

Verification items are as follows.

①Attached effect of Sapphire and Inconel brazed joint.

②Attached effect to the wide joining gap.

③Fixed effect to the metal plate surface of the diamond particle

④Fixation effect of the brazing filler metal ( powder ) to the brazed joints.

⑤Attached effect to the soldered joints.

It was possible to obtain the appropriate effect on the each experiment item.
