What does it mean to make an impact, and how do you know if you are doing it?
It starts with identity: Identity is the story you tell yourself, about yourself.
"Impact" is a concept that has both personal and professional components. It is related not only to your work's visibility, but also your own self-concept. Critically, you have the ability to increase the impact of the work you do, not only from your own perspective, but also in the eyes of others.
These ideas and others are presented in the context of my experiences as a professional in the aerospace industry.
