Current Progress in the Design and Manufacturing of High Performance Chars and Bioplastics

There is a critical need for designing and manufacturing sustainable materials. Biomass is an example of renewable and sustainable source for manufacturing sustainable materials. In this presentation, I will present current progress from my research group in Research and Development of functional materials. In addition, there is also a need for systematic evaluation and replacement of fossil-fuel based plastics with sustainable solutions. I will also present current development of bioplastics with better mechanical and functional properties in this presentation.
