Things I Wish I Knew When I was an Emerging Professional

There is an old saying that "Experience and wisdom are wasted on the old." Unfortunately, a person does not really understand this concept until they have achieved the perspective of age. So, the key becomes how does the experienced engineer provide wisdom in a way the youth will hear it? Advice is not to gratify the giver, but to truly speak to the listener.
