In this work, I present some recent work by my group in which we have combined high-throughput computational predictions of phase stability and phase properties over large composition spaces in order to assess the printability window in fcc HEAs. We examine what are the important thermophysical quantities and phase diagram characteristics responsible for the printability of a given alloy and show how this information can be used to design alloys for both performance and manufacturability. This work paves the way for the exploration of alloy spaces for application-driven design.
