A Review on Spoliation

Black’s Law dictionary defines spoliation as “the intentional destruction, mutilation, alteration, or concealment of evidence.” This can occur with products or components themselves, or the environment in which the failure occurred, or the data associated with them. This talk will look at the prevention of spoliation (where feasible), as well as the management of spoliation, and then the implications of failure to account for this using case examples were relevant.
