In this talk we presented new progress of femtosecond laser direct writing of tungsten nanowire though simultaneous photolysis and photonic sintering using tungsten carbonyl. The photolysis and sintering are studied through high-speed camera and microstructure characterization. The laser writing nanowires are used as electrodes for Te nanobelts for nanoelectronics.
