Corroding a Relationship: A Study on Water Supply Hoses for Appliances

This talk looks back upon an old matter where both the hot and cold supply lines to an appliance had reportedly failed simultaneously at a residence. The failure was said to have occurred within a couple of months of their installation. Following the event, a replacement set of supply hoses from a different manufacturer were then installed. However, the homeowner blamed the plumber for their water loss and a lengthy legal battle began. Serindipidously, the replacement supply hoses were removed a short time later due to the lawsuit and eroding relationship between the homeowner and the plumber. Little did anyone know these hoses would supply key information in the matter as the appliance was discarded by the homeowner.
