This year's theme is: Self-Advocacy as a Leadership Skill: Owning your Path, Growing your Impact.
Many career paths stall, not because of lack of capability, but because contributions, priorities, and aspirations are not visible or clearly articulated. The panel will focus on self‑advocacy as a critical leadership and personal development skill, with a discussion centered on knowing your priorities, building authentic connections, increasing visibility, and following through to create impact.
The panel is moderated by Renee Parente, AMD, and includes panelists:
