Utilizing the Low Temperature High Velocity Air Fuel (LTHVAF) spraying system the epoxy resin coating was prepared. SEM photos show that the coating is less porosity , AES shows that the coating composition is fixedness . In the tensile test of the coating adhensive strength, the fracture position is occurred within the epoxy resin coating, it proved that the combination intensity of coating and base body is greater than the cohesive intensity of coating .
