The Study of Anti-Scale Mechanisms of Al-Ti Coating in ASP Flooding

In the paper, the physic and chemical properties of the ASP flooding were measured and the scale products and anti-scale mechanisms of Al-Ti coating in ASP flooding have been investigated. The results shown that in ASP flooding, the scales on the Al-Ti coating surface main consists of the oxidationsAl2O3TiO2CaCO3Fe3O4Fe2O3CaOCa3Si3O9 etc ,and crystal rate of the scale is relative with the crystal structure and the surface characteristic of the material. For repressing the growth rate of the crystal of the scale,an  interface energy method is used to change the coating’s surface property so that the growth rate can be repressed and the scale characteristics of the Al-Ti coating was improved so that it can be easily removed from the surface of the coating.
For discussing the anti-scale mechanism, the micro- analysis of the scale products has been also done in the paper.
