Like all measuring system, il is necessary for maintain a long time stability of thermal spraying control system. In this work, a statistical study of the Spraying Xplorer AMT system was undertaken in order to verify that it can be used as a means of assistance to control the industrial production on line . Measurements were carried out for a HVOF application and results show that this system has a high repeatability for this application.
