CGT Cold Spray Systems and Their Use in Industrial Applications

Cold Gas Spraying is a well established process for coating, repairing and manufacturing of engineered parts on the market. Five years ago most of our systems were used in research and development. Due to further engineering; about 70% of the sold systems are now used in the free industry. As a result, over 30 different cold spray applications can be found around the world. The CGT modular Cold spray systems enable a broad range of metals and alloys which are important in all kinds of industries, e.g. Copper, Aluminium, as well as Titanium and it´s alloys, or nickel based alloys, to be used to produce high quality coatings, structures and thick parts.
