Abstract: Advanced Materials for Sustainable Aviation
High performance materials are key enablers in aviation.  Extreme engine environments necessitate the use of coatings for durability, reliability, and system performance.   As the industry moves towards hydrogen and sustainable aviation fuels, novel materials and coatings solutions are needed in order to meet propulsion system performance requirements.
