Overview:
This special Plenary Program brings together four highly respected and distinguished authorities from government, industry and academia to address progress on technologies of vital importance to the national and global economies. The technologies being focused upon are the "hydrogen economy," nanotechnology and methods for converting materials science innovations to practical/commercial realities. Enablement of such technologies through advanced materials innovations and capitalization thereof should substantially improve our national and global security and prosperity. The authors will address the applications, benefits and timeliness for such developments and their impact on societal needs.
