Session Description: Faster, Cheaper, Better. In today’s economy, we hear these words all the time. This special forum will present differing opinions on the risks and rewards of outsourcing the engineering function within a company. Our speakers represent a major automobile manufacturer, a tier one supplier to the aerospace industry, a provider of engineering outsourcing services and a nonprofit organization that manages a significant percentage of the US government sponsored research facilities.
