Modelling of the effect of hydrogen diffusion on the inclusions during arc welding M. Mazar Atabakia,b?, A. Mullisa, G.I. Shishkinb,c, V.V. Yakovlevb,c The classic numerical methods for solving diffusion of hydrogen into the small inclusions or pores do not allow calculating concentration of hydrogen by means of its pressure inside the substrates. In this investigation, a numerical method is developed for obtaining the values of concentration and flow of hydrogen into the pores. In addition, a thermal regime is investigated using analytical models. It is found that precision of the numerical solution depends on the number of knots indicating it does not only depend on the size of the pores. ? Corresponding Author.
