Severe plastic deformation by High Pressure Torsion (HPT) of NiTi alloys (Ni-rich and Ti-rich) has been performed. The samples have been studied by in situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) in order to get information about (i) the transformation characterisitics and (ii) the structural evolution during annealing.
