FHR Anlagenbau GmbH: Latest Developments in Specialized Vacuum Coating Tools with a Focus on High Precision Optical Coating

In this talk, I will present FHR Anlagenbau GmbH’s range of products and services. FHR is one of the pioneer manufacturers of the specialized vacuum coating machines (physical and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition), both planar and rotary sputtering targets for a wide range of materials as well as a supplier of vacuum coating services. FHR designs and manufactures vacuum based thin film deposition and treatment tools with different configurations including cluster, in-line (vertical and horizontal), roll-to-roll and box coaters and tailor make them to each particular application to meet the requirements of the customers in a wide range of applications from photovoltaics, glass industry, printed electronics, energy management fields, display industry to research and development applications at universities and research centers. FHR is also the leader manufacturer of industrial magnetron sputtering systems (e.g. sputter up from rotary targets) for high precision high throughput optical coating purposes.
