Summary: Degradation in the weldability of cast austenitic, heat-resisting materials can occur when the material is exposed at elevated temperature for long periods of time, typically many years. The repair weldability after extended service exposure at temperatures up to 1550 F of the following alloys are discussed in this paper: HP45Nb, HP50Nb and Alloy 20-32. The results from the HP alloys and Alloy 20-32 alloys were significantly different
