| Session Description: Globalization of manufacturing and liberalization of open world trade has created new opportunity and risks in the heat treat industry. Suppliers of capital equipment, perishable tooling, consumable products and services in the heat treat industry can quickly become familiar with a few of the issues associated with international trade. Sessions in this subject include Intellectual Property, Arbitration, Bid Bonds, Medical Evacuation Insurance, and International Shipment Alternatives. These sessions will assist those who are considering international trade and or localization of their business model in a foreign country.
