R. W. Smith, Materials Resources International, Lansdale, PA; J. O'Leary, B. Fichera, Lytron, Inc., Woburn, MA

The paper presents the design and fabrication of a brazed plate-fin all titanium heat exchanger for potential use in aircraft applications. The paper will present the brazing developments reporting on braze joint properties and structures. The final component will be reviewed and its performance will be presented, showing thermal and mechanical properties.

Summary: This paper is on titanium brazing
