Ho Lun Chan (Lun) is a Ph.D. candidate in materials science and engineering at the University of Virginia. He was a student member in material advantage since 2016. Lun has served in various leadership roles as officers in various MA chapter, volunteers in local ASM chapters, and a student board for ASM International. In this presentation, he will share his journey on how he gets involved with ASM, his lessons, and tips to maximize your take-away as an ASM volunteer.
