Attend this session to learn how super pixel clustering based ChemiSEM enables both novice and expert SEM users to do elemental imaging at backscatter electron detector (BSD) imaging speeds. ‘Don’t miss what you can’t see with BSD’ will look at live elemental imaging of close atomic number materials and how ChemiSEM technology is used to reveal compositional variation in materials that might otherwise go completely unnoticed in traditional SEMs. ChemiSEM workflows put elemental mapping first, not last, and reveal otherwise unseen compositional variation about your samples. Applications encompass metals, additive powders, batteries, and technical ceramics.
