We developed thermal spraying gun with nitrogen rapid cooling. Then, amorphuos alloy products such as torque sensors, fuel cell separators and chemical sleeve pipes were industrially produced. Next, mist air cooling technique was developed and introduced to various thermal spraying guns. For example, aluminum magnesium alloy coatings by gas flame thermal spraying gun with mist air cooling have superior anti corrosion ability. We applied amorphous alloy coating and aluminum magnesium alloy coating to constructions for preventing marine corrosion. Though splash zone are very corrosive and erosive, amorphous alloy coatings were tough and less affected in salty atmosphere. Thus, our amorphous alloy thermal spraying technique is suitable to outer walls of windy generators and bridges in sea front. Recently, we tried to develop high velocity oxygen fuel guns with mist air cooling. Thermal spray coatings by H.V.O.F with mist air cooling have superior characteristics, high temperature toughness and anti cavitation-erosion ability.
