Session Description: Requirements facing the aerospace and LBGT industries in terms of high temperature alloys to enable higher efficiencies and performance of the next generation of turbines are considerable. Materials needs and associated processing challenges to meet these needs to the highest required quality standards are presented and discussed in this session.
