ISEC9: Thin Films and Coatings 2 - Thermal Aspects
Location: Governors V (Radisson Riverfront Hotel)
(Please check final room assignments on-site).
Session Description: Thermal aspects of surface coatings are essential considerations for numerous applications in industry. This session contains papers on both applied and fundemental research in the field. Topics include hot filament CVD of diamond on steel, effects of heat treatment and other processing parameters in sol gel coatings, PVD coatings and heat treatment issues in thin film micro sensors.
