Summary:

The paper proposes a framework to automate Bill of Materials(BoM) generation. The proposed framework provides a new solution for PCB assurance that is not only highly reliable but does not require an existing golden PCB. We will present results showcasing 92% accuracy of detection, as a proof of concept to the framework, using a new unpublished approach that is invariant to illumination and scale of the PCB image.
