Women in Electronics Failure Analysis (WEFA)
WEFA (Women in Electronics and Failure Analysis) is a community for women in the field of electronics and FA. We aim to support, encourage, and empower our members to help advance their careers, take leadership roles, and offer mentorship opportunities with on-line or physical meetings. WEFA plans to meet for a fun, community building and networking in-person session this fall at ISTFA 2022 to strengthen our team and grow our networks.
