WEFA is a community group for women working in the field of Failure Analysis (FA) for the electronics industry. We aim to support, encourage, and mentor our members to enable them to advance their careers, to take leadership roles, and to offer mentorship opportunities with on-line and physical meetings and events. Highlighting the contributions of women in the FA field is an essential step in encouraging other. Often, when looking for inspiring stories, we look for stories of famous people. We want to remind everyone that any woman contributing to the field of failure analysis is worthy of sharing her story. Come and join us to share your story, as you never know whom you will inspire next!
