Summary:
We demonstrate thermo-mechancial heating response (T-MeHR) which combines frequency domain thermoreflectance (FDTR) with a short-wave interferometer (SWIR) enabling simultaneous thermomechanical mapping via optical pumping of buried interfacial defects in a silicon-silicon (Si-Si) direct bonded sample.
