SMT9: Oxidation Resistant Coatings
Location: Governors IV (Radisson Riverfront Hotel)
(Please check final room assignments on-site).
Session Description: Oxidation of materials is a very unpredictable phenomenon, as it depends on both temperature and the environment. In this session, several different types of oxidation resistant coatings that can withstand high temperatures will be presented, and their effects on the properties will be discussed. Special emphasis will be on practical applications of these coatings for industrial use.
