Summary:
The present work is relative to a new software suite that not only feature design comprehension and analogic/logic tracing capability with ease of setup in FA laboratory environment which purpose is to automate the design database setup and provide to FA engineer capability to launch reading of all design database including capability to generate new patterns compatible with analytical tools . Based on the flow, we propose a series of tool that will allow FA engineer to work efficiently. Our tools include launcher for ATPG diagnosis software, cad navigation tools and schematic viewers , which can guide FA engineers to visualize in very short time the result of diagnosis and generate patterns to improve accuracy of localization at a time where die access is more and more difficult
