Summary:

Logic LIVA is a method of preforming LIVA on the main power supply to locate defects within the general logic. This technique can provide information that IREM cannot, but it requires a low capacitance power supply to function. This paper presents a relay based design to switch between a capacitive supply and a the LIVA supply as well as a few case studies on the technique.
